2. Data we collect, purpose and legal basis
Name, work email, company sector, answers and optional comments you enter in the assessment, the resulting score and the generated recommendations.
Purpose: calculate your score, show and generate your results report (PDF) and, if you contact us, follow up on the assessment. Legal basis: your consent given by submitting the form (LGPD art. 7 I / GDPR art. 6(1)(a)) [CONFIRM with counsel; alternatively legitimate interest]. You may withdraw consent at any time. Do not enter sensitive personal data (health, religion, political views and similar) or data about children in free-text fields.
Technical data: our hosting provider processes your IP address and request metadata in server logs for security and operation (legitimate interest, LGPD art. 7 IX / GDPR art. 6(1)(f)).
3. Recipients, processors and international transfers
Processors: hosting Vercel (United States) and PostgreSQL database Railway; the logo shown on pages is loaded from the content delivery network lirp.cdn-website.com, which receives your IP address. Your answers and free-text comments (not your name or email) are sent to OpenAI (United States) to generate the recommendations text. Transfers outside Brazil / the EEA rely on [CONFIRM transfer safeguards / DPA, e.g. standard contractual clauses / LGPD art. 33]. We do not sell your data.
4. Retention
We keep assessment records for [CONFIRM retention period] and then delete or anonymize them. You can delete your record earlier with the Delete my data button on your results page.
5. Your rights
Under LGPD art. 18 and GDPR arts. 15-22 you can request confirmation of processing, access, correction, deletion, anonymization, portability, information about sharing, withdrawal of consent, objection, restriction and review of automated decisions. Delete your record yourself on the results page, or write to rtw@rethinkingworks.com; we reply within 15 days (LGPD) or one month (GDPR). We may verify your identity first. You can complain to the ANPD (gov.br/anpd) or to your EU/EEA supervisory authority.
6. Automated decisions
The score is calculated automatically and the recommendations text is AI-generated. They are informational and produce no legal or similarly significant effect. You may ask for human review.
7. Cookies and local storage
We set no cookies, store nothing in your browser for tracking, and use no analytics, advertising or tracking tools.
8. Security, children and breaches
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and access is restricted. The service is not directed to children under 18. In case of a data breach that may harm you we will notify the authority and affected users as required by LGPD art. 48 and GDPR arts. 33-34 (72 hours for the authority).
9. Changes
We will publish changes on this page and update the effective date.

2. Datos recopilados, finalidad y base legal
Nombre, correo profesional, sector de la empresa, respuestas y comentarios opcionales introducidos en la evaluacion, la puntuacion resultante y las recomendaciones generadas.
Finalidad: calcular su puntuacion, mostrar y generar el informe de resultados (PDF) y, si nos contacta, dar seguimiento a la evaluacion. Base legal: su consentimiento al enviar el formulario (RGPD art. 6.1.a / LGPD art. 7 I) [CONFIRMAR con asesoria juridica; alternativamente interes legitimo]. Puede retirar el consentimiento en cualquier momento. No introduzca datos personales sensibles (salud, religion, opiniones politicas y similares) ni datos de menores en los campos de texto libre.
Datos tecnicos: el proveedor de alojamiento trata su direccion IP y metadatos de la solicitud en registros del servidor por seguridad y operacion (interes legitimo, RGPD art. 6.1.f).
3. Destinatarios, encargados y transferencias internacionales
Encargados: alojamiento Vercel (Estados Unidos) y base de datos PostgreSQL Railway; el logotipo de las paginas se carga desde la red de distribucion de contenidos lirp.cdn-website.com, que recibe su direccion IP. Sus respuestas y comentarios de texto libre (sin nombre ni correo) se envian a OpenAI (Estados Unidos) para generar el texto de recomendaciones. Las transferencias fuera de Brasil / EEE se basan en [CONFIRMAR garantias de transferencia / DPA, p. ej. clausulas contractuales tipo]. No vendemos sus datos.
4. Conservacion
Conservamos los registros de la evaluacion durante [CONFIRMAR plazo de conservacion] y despues los eliminamos o anonimizamos. Puede eliminar su registro antes con el boton Eliminar mis datos en la pagina de resultados.
5. Sus derechos
Segun los arts. 15 a 22 del RGPD y el art. 18 de la LGPD, puede solicitar confirmacion del tratamiento, acceso, rectificacion, supresion, anonimizacion, portabilidad, informacion sobre comparticion, retirada del consentimiento, oposicion, limitacion y revision de decisiones automatizadas. Elimine su registro en la pagina de resultados o escriba a rtw@rethinkingworks.com; respondemos en un mes (RGPD) o 15 dias (LGPD). Podemos verificar su identidad antes. Puede presentar una reclamacion ante la autoridad de control de la UE/EEE o la ANPD (gov.br/anpd).
6. Decisiones automatizadas
La puntuacion se calcula automaticamente y el texto de recomendaciones es generado por IA. Son informativos y no producen efectos juridicos ni similares. Puede solicitar revision humana.
7. Cookies y almacenamiento local
No usamos cookies, no guardamos nada en el navegador con fines de seguimiento y no usamos herramientas de analitica, publicidad o seguimiento.
8. Seguridad, menores e incidentes
Los datos se cifran en transito (HTTPS) y el acceso es restringido. El servicio no esta dirigido a menores de 18 anos. En caso de brecha que pueda perjudicarle, notificaremos a la autoridad y a los afectados segun los arts. 33 y 34 del RGPD (72 horas para la autoridad) y el art. 48 de la LGPD.
9. Cambios
Publicaremos los cambios en esta pagina y actualizaremos la fecha de vigencia.
